So today is the first big day.  Time to check the progress and see if I am doing this right.  I am actually excited about it.  I am hoping to see some serious change to keep me amped up about this program.  I like it so much I would be devastated if it wasn't working.

  1. WOOHOO!
2" inches in the waist and 2.5" in the hips!
I am so excited for you!!

That's great...and without much exercise during the first week, right? Did you Wii daily in this cold weather?

I knew you'd love this program.
    It's so easy, isn't it?

Each week/month will continue to get so much easier as it simply becomes part of your lifestyle.

Is it ok if I share your progress on facebook or do you want to keep this private...?

    1. Nope, not much at all. As soon as I figured to add the exercise in once I got a new eating routine down, Ben got sick and he's one of those "dont leave me!" kinda sick kids. LOL!

You may absolutely share my progress. :) Not only because I am simply thrilled to have seen such amazing progress and have it be so darn easy but also because - well - you're a big reason I've got such great progress to share. You have been so great, answering questions, giving tips, and of course all the cheer leading. I am so lucky to have someone like you on my team. :) Thank you so much! I am revved up and ready to keep going.

    2. I second the Snoopy Dance...wife is rockin' this...and starting to cook like me--trashin' the whole kitchen, eagerly using all the pans...and making some killer dinners in the process.

I'll "dish up" every night if it helps keep the momentum...the Wii awaits...and any other exercises I might suggest are SOLELY for support of this ongoing lifestyle change.

      Proud of you, baby!
