Day Thirty


Arms:  Before:  12"      Now:  12       
Bust:   Before  38"       Now:   38"
Chest:  Before 33        Now   33"
Waist:  Before:  32"     Now:  32"       
Hips:   Before:  41.5"   Now:  41.5     
Thighs: Before: 24"     Now:  24        

Weight = Still 185

Okay, gotta admit this is getting discouraging.  I've added the BURST workouts and still no weight loss and now no inches lost either.... my diet progress is grinding to a halt.

Not sure where I am going wrong here.   I feel like other than the first two weeks where I lost a bunch of lbs and inches - after that I've just been maintaining.   I feel better - but 10 lbs and 10 inches will make one feel better.   But I am not even close to my goal and its not coming off.   :(   I hate when this happens.

  1. A couple of suggestions>

    Make sure you are eating ALL the calories you are supposed to eat each day.
    Make sure you are taking the Metabolic Boost with each meal
    Make sure you are journaling EVERYTHING including dressings, sauces, etc.
    Make sure to drink lots of water

    Exercise DAILY..even just one 15 minute burst workout. If you can fit in even more, the better. First thing in the morning is best, then another later in the day would be perfect.

    The weight comes off quickly at first...now it's time for the habits/lifestyle to kick into gear. We don't just do this for the results we will get this week or month, this is for our future self.

    Now is also the time to dig in and make sure to be aware of your self-talk. It's natural to have weeks of progress and others with no or little change. That's how the weight goes on as well.

    This is NOT a typical diet...it's teaching your body how to respond to good nutrition...
    So, be patient with your body, it's still learning.
