Day Seven

Breakfast:   Chocolate smoothie (260) with one small banana (90) and one cup of coffee (15) = 365

Lunch:   Vanilla smoothie (260) with strawberries (49)  = 309

Snack:  Handful of almonds = 84

Dinner:  Salt and Pepper Shrimp (205) with 1/4 cup of brown rice (54) and mixed green salad (9) with light peppercorn dressing (45) after dinner cup of coffee (15) = 328

Snack:  Gotta go with the Cranberry Lemon snack bar tonight = 120

Total = 1206

  1. Just a gentle reminder to drink your Energy Tea and you are taking your Metabolic Boost with each meal, correct?

    Drink lots of water throughout the day and snack on a small apple, carrots, celery, etc. if you feel the urge...

    The Shaklee180 app will make keeping track of everything so easy...and I LOVE the Burst workouts! :-)

    1. Oh yes, water is all I drink - if its not coffee and I add that because of the calories. Yep, taking the Metabolic Boost with each meal.

      The great thing about this diet is I don't have a huge desire to snack but when I do its baby carrots or the almonds. I drink the tea probably every other day. :)
